Care Instructions: Most yoga mats require a break-in period and this yoga mat is no exception. It has a slight protective film which must wear off before it achieves its full potential. Usually this will take one week of vigorous daily practice or several weeks of casual practice. To expedite the break-in process, rub the mat down with a dry or slightly damp cotton cloth. Once broken in, this yoga mat will provide an excellent slip-resistant surface for your practice.
