What is Dusky Leaf's return policy for individual (personal) orders?

With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you buy with confidence, knowing that you may return any product within 90 days of purchase if not perfectly satisfied. Simply return the item and get all your money back, including shipping and taxes — with no questions asked.

What is your return policy for wholesale (studio or retail) orders?

For wholesale orders, only unopened items returned in their original packaging within 30 days will be accepted. Refund is limited to purchase price of returned products and does not include shipping charges. This return policy applies to items purchased from our website at prevailing rates and does not include special orders.

How do I make a return?

Before returning an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

How do I modify or cancel an order?

You may request a change to or cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped by sending a message through our contact form. Changes and cancellations to shipments before they are dispatched may incur a processing charge of 5% or $20, whichever is greater.
